Born in Aiken, South Carolina as the only son to a single-mother of three; Tim Behling wakes up everyday with an unwavering commitment to leadership and impacting the lives of others through positive engagement. His dream, since the age of 13 years old, has always been to live a life that touched more lives than just his own. At the of age of 19, Tim found his niche throughout the realm of entrepreneurship, community outreach, mentoring, and innovative program development enabling him to accomplish his dream.
In 2015, Tim founded Successteam; a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization specializing in Educational Youth Development inspiring the next generation of leaders throughout the middle school and high school ranks aged 13 – 18. Tim’s ability to lead, motivate, and teach has opened doors to numerous accolades including being named Man of the Year in 2017 and receiving the MLK Drum Major Award in 2020.
